Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. All merchandise orders are processed and fulfilled through our third-party production and shipping partners.
Order Processing and Production Time
Because our products are printed and fulfilled by a third-party partner, orders typically require 3–7 business days for processing, production, and packaging before shipment. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
After production is complete, orders are shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout. Estimated transit times generally range from 3–7 business days for domestic orders, depending on the carrier and destination.
Please note that total delivery time includes both production/fulfillment time and carrier transit time.

Most orders are delivered within approximately 6–14 business days from the date the order is placed, though actual delivery times may vary.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Delays
Because we work with a third-party fulfillment provider and shipping carriers, occasional delays may occur that are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, supply chain disruptions, weather, high order volume, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for final delivery. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after shipment. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us so we can assist where possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at accounts@bigoilco.com and include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations where delivery is unavailable, restricted, or prohibited.
